KD999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kd999.fun, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the KD999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and KD999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use KD999. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. KD999 recommends that all members review these terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all services provided under the KD999 brand, including sports betting, PSL betting, live cricket score features, esports betting, virtual sports, poker, casino games, and all deposit and withdrawal services available to users in Pakistan.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use KD999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. KD999 does not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots may not register as individual members.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by KD999 or associated gambling operators.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed KD999 account.

KD999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), driving licence or other official Pakistani government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

Each individual may hold only one KD999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. KD999's systems actively monitor for duplicate account activity.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your KD999 account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your KD999 account credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or one-time passwords with any third party. KD999 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact KD999 support immediately at support@kd999.fun.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your KD999 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise convey your account or any benefits associated with it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Conditions

KD999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on KD999 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card deposits. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account review. KD999 processes deposits instantly for mobile wallets and cards; bank transfer deposits reflect within 15 to 60 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card withdrawals. KD999 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within 1 to 4 hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. KD999 charges no fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as your KD999 account.
• KD999 may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• If an active bonus with wagering requirements is attached to your balance, only your real-money balance is available for withdrawal until wagering is completed or the bonus is cancelled.
• KD999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of a standard account verification review.

4.4 Restricted Funds

KD999 maintains player funds in segregated accounts separate from operating funds. This means your deposited PKR balance is protected regardless of business circumstances. However, winnings derived from fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms are not protected and may be voided at any time.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on KD999 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, as well as KD999's general betting rules outlined in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

KD999 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not binding until confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by KD999's system. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is received.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or official score provider. For cricket and PSL betting, KD999 uses official PCB and ICC scorekeeping as the authoritative data source. In cases of ambiguity, KD999's trading team makes the final determination and this decision is final and binding.

5.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation. Due to the dynamic nature of in-play events, there may be brief delays between bet placement and confirmation. KD999 is not liable for connection issues on your end that affect in-play bet placement.

5.4 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result, obvious pricing errors, system technical errors, or if the event did not proceed under the conditions on which the bet was placed. KD999 will inform affected members of voided bets and return stakes to their account balance.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

KD999 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined here.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. KD999 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement attached to the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement across KD999 bonuses is 10x unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

7.1 Random Number Generator

7.2 Poker Room Rules

KD999 poker games are player versus player — KD999 does not participate as a player. 7.3 Game Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KD999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, forging documents or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one KD999 account under any combination of identities or payment methods.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in poker or other competitive games to manipulate outcomes to mutual advantage.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public, inside information about sporting events or deliberately manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for funds already withdrawn from KD999.
• System exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with KD999 in any way, including to place bets or navigate the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

• Suspicion of problem gambling, in line with KD999's responsible gaming obligations.

9.1 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have not recorded any login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. KD999 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity policy. Real-money balances in inactive accounts are preserved and remain withdrawable upon account reactivation following identity verification.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your KD999 account voluntarily, contact support@kd999.fun. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method after identity verification is completed. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
